Virtual Reality 360 Film Making: Half-day (Ages 8 - 12)

Embark on an adventure in virtual reality! In this cutting edge class, students learn the foundations of VR and 360 immersive filmmaking through hands-on lessons and exploring VR films. Students will gain an understanding of the technology behind Virtual Reality, get familiar with the 360 camera landscape, the concept of immersive storytelling, and an overview of the 360 filmmaking process. Students will work in teams to make their own 360 films. Specific focus will be given to genre, and storytelling techniques as it pertains to augmented reality filmmaking.
